Middle School

Our Middle School Religious Education Program is designed for youth in grades 6 to 8 and focuses on the teachings of the Catholic Church.  Classes meet on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8 p.m. in Christ the King Catholic School's cafeteria.  We offer:

• Faith Formation-Weekly classes to learn about the faith and how to apply it in everyday life.
• Pericope & Pancakes- After the Sunday 5 p.m. Mass. We eat pancakes and talk about the readings from Mass. It is held on the same nights as we hold LifeTeen and is hosted in the Youth Center
• Flock- Just as a Shepherd gathers their flock, we too gather all the Middle Schoolers from the Parish and the CKCS. An evening of fun and faith led by High School students. This is held 3 times a year in October, January, and April.
• Youth Group-A fun social group that meets in Youth Center typically the first Friday of each month from 6-8 p.m.

The Middle School Youth Group is open to all 6th, 7th and 8th graders regardless of their church affiliation.
