Catholic Family & Child Services

Catholic Family and Child Services provides counseling, foster care, volunteer chore service, parenting classes, maternity counseling and adoption services. CFCS also provides programs to help teens make a successful transition to adulthood. Elder srevices include provision of basic home assistance and friendly visitation, the two volunteer programs help seniors and adults with disabilities remain as independent as possible for as long as possible, preferable in their own homes.  Christ the King Parish refers those who seek these types of assistance to this organization.

CFCS depends on the services of volunteers. This ministry is open to individuals who may want to join a team of volunteers and bring their special gifts to help others in need. Volunteer work may include helping participants within the individual programs that CFCS has to offer or may include helping with larger events such as the Annual Gala Auction Event. In addition to needing volunteers, CFCS is always in need of financial donations and gently used items for the maternity programs. If you are unable to volunteer you might care to donate a small financial contribution, maybe even a car or vacant home.
