Please fill out one form per child. Return completed Religious Education Registration and Medical Release forms along with payment to the Religous Edcation Office at 1126 Long, Ave. Richland, WA 99352.
2005-2006 Fee Schedule

- $40 Two Children
- $50 Three or more Children
